Before Flowhaus, I spent years in management at one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the Southeast. I wasn't looking in from the outside — I was inside the operation, managing teams, watching the phones, sitting in the room when marketing decisions got made.
What I saw, repeatedly, was the same thing: qualified leads going cold because nobody responded fast enough. Marketing budgets getting spent with no way to prove which dollar drove which job. Great companies making bad decisions because the data wasn't there to make good ones.
The agencies these companies hired were well-intentioned. But they were building campaigns without understanding dispatch windows, seasonality, call volume spikes, or what a "good lead" actually looked like from the CSR's perspective.
I founded Flowhaus in 2014 to close that gap. For over a decade, we've grown entirely through referrals — which is the only kind of growth that happens when your clients actually see results. Now we're building the infrastructure to scale that work: the Flow System and FlowAI.
The mission is the same as it's always been: build revenue systems that actually work, for companies that actually operate in the field.
